If you're running late please give the studio a call to let us know. After the class begins your spot may be given to somone on the wait list if we haven't heard from you.
We love how comfortable our members are in the club, but in order to manage the flow of members we need to know who has checked in. Please sign in before entering a class (even if you're a monthly member).
Unfortunately, "stuff" happens! Occasionally instructors get caught in traffic, get sick, or have some last-minute emergency to deal with -- just like the rest of us! When this happens, we do our absolute best to find a replacement instructor for the class, but sometimes it's just too short of notice and we have to cancel the class. You will always get notification (as long as you email and cell phone number is up to date in your profile). Luckily, we have over 50 other classes on the schedule each week, so you will never miss your workout!!
