Spinning is a one hour indoor group cycling class led by an instructor. You will ride on top-of-the-line stationary bikes with a weighted front flywheel. The classes are non-competitive, are run to high-energy music and are a terrific way to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance and burn calories.
