  • Dave Beckles

    David Beckles is a CanFitPro Certified Personal Trainer, Small group trainer, Bootcamp Instructor and Sports Strength/Conditioning Coach.  Dave will spend the hour with your athlete working on improving balance, agility, strength, speed, and anaerobic conditioning. We achieve this through body-weight exercises and athletic movements with resistance.

  • Josh Downer

    I am a graduate for the Fitness & Health Promotion program at Humber College in Toronto, and now studying Kinesiology at University of Guelph-Humber. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine, and a Certified Tribe Team Trainer.

    I love Tribe Team Training because it is so intelligently designed. The workouts are designed with safety, effectiveness and progression built in to keep participants engaged and continually seeing results. Tribe is an Intense, and effective program and I will be there every step of the way guiding team members and challenging them to push themselves to become the best they can be.
