At RPM, we are working with new Mom’s to teach them how to activate muscles after pregnancy and be able to transition from weak core muscle to strong bodies and being more comfortable in your body.
You will join Liz MacNeil, certified pre/post-natal Personla Trainer, on a 6 week program you will learn how to activate and stimulate the muscles that were lost during pregnancy. This will help you to be more successful at weight loss and overall strength.
Melanie Stevens-Sutherland is a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and will come and discuss common challenges that arise with pregnancy and that it's all a normal process to working towards your goals and feeling great!
