RPM is dedicated to your cycling success in 2019. Our 12-week program focuses on building you the base fitness you’re going to need to have your strongest season ever. The workouts will be challenging, focused and keep you motivated throughout the dark days of winter.

Winter CyclingWinter Cycling Sucks!! 
Format: 12-week periodized program, designed by  Cycling Coach Jenn Hodgkinson, using specific drills to build your base conditioning, pedal stroke technique, endurance, strength and power.

Cost: The total cost for the 12-week program is $389 + HST.
